Youtube releases the list of nominees for its first ever music awards

After announcing that it will hold its first ever music awards this year, which will be determined by users, Youtube has released the full list of nominees for the awards that will take place later on the 3rd of November.

Few weeks ago, Youtube announced its first ever music awards will be holding in New York in a live event that will be streamed on Youtube.

Popular musicians like Lady Gaga (who will also perform at the event), Rihanna, Miley Cyrus, Psy, Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj and many others are featured on the nominees list.

There are 6 categories of awards in the maiden edition of the awards which includes: video of the year, artist of the year, response of the year, Youtube phenomenon, Youtube breakthrough and innovation of the year.
